In short: this website collects nothing at all. This policy explains that, and commits in advance to how we will handle your data when registration opens.

What this website collects
Nothing. There are no forms, no accounts, no analytics, no advertising, and no cookies set by us. We do not log your visit, build a profile of you, or share anything with third parties, because there is nothing to share.
The site is a set of static pages. Reading them leaves no record with us.
The home page carries a video hosted on YouTube. Nothing is requested from YouTube until you press play, so if you never play it, YouTube is not contacted and sets nothing on your device. If you do play it, YouTube receives that request under its own privacy policy; we use its reduced-tracking domain to limit what that involves.
When you contact us
If you email, call, or message us on WhatsApp, we receive whatever you choose to send. Usually that is your name, your contact details, and a description of your work or your requirement.
We use it only to reply to you, and, if you asked to register as an Associate, to add you to our Associate list. We do not sell it, rent it, or pass it to anyone outside Sanmukh Khelmantra (SKPL) without your consent.
Email, telephone and WhatsApp are run by other companies under their own privacy policies. Please do not send us documents you would not want held in your own email or WhatsApp account.
Associate registration
Registering as an Associate means we hold the details you send us: your name, contact details, qualifications, sport or speciality, the areas you can work in, and your availability.
We use that to match you with institutions asking for those skills. When we propose you for an assignment, we share the relevant professional details with that institution. We ask you first before sharing anything beyond that.
You can ask us to correct or delete your details at any time. Write to us and we will act on it.
What changes when registration opens on this site
We intend to add online registration for professionals and organisations, and a board where organisations can post staffing needs. When that happens this policy will be updated before the feature goes live, not afterwards.
These commitments apply from the day that starts, in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023:
- We will ask for your consent before collecting personal data, and say plainly what each field is for.
- We will collect only what the registration genuinely needs.
- We will use your data for the purpose you gave it, and not quietly repurpose it.
- We will keep it only as long as it is useful, and delete it on request.
- We will let you see, correct and delete your own data.
- We will name a grievance contact you can escalate to.
- We will protect it appropriately, and tell affected people if it is ever breached.
Your rights
India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 gives you rights over your personal data, including the right to access it, correct it, have it erased, and complain about how it has been handled.
We intend to honour those rights whether or not the request comes through this website. To exercise any of them, or simply to ask what we hold about you, use the contact details on our contact page.
Children
Many of the programmes we staff involve children, but we do not collect children's data through this website.
Where a school or organisation engages us for a programme, that institution remains responsible for its students' data. We handle only what it shares with us for that assignment, and only for that assignment.
Changes to this policy
We will update this page whenever our practices change, and change the date shown at the top. If a change materially affects people already registered with us, we will contact them directly rather than relying on this page alone.
